Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster/ cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roof surfaces with APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforced, thickness of membrane not less than 3mm thick having thermal insulation with white mineral/gravel finish on upper side of membrane uniformly embedded during manufacturing process laid in following sequence complete all as specified and directed. (a) Applying 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and incl water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on cleaned roof surface. After properly curing of the plaster, the roof will be tested for water tightening by ponding with water for 7 days for any seepage / leakage etc if any seepage is observed the recification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqm using cement based cement grout. After the roof surface is repaired the slab/roof will be again tested for water tightness against before processing further treatment. (b) Properly cleaning and drying of the plastered roof surfaces, parapets, gutters, drain mouths, etc for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and dusting. Proper grooves shall be cut around CI drain outlets /pipes /chimney pipes and other similar situations to tuck in the treatment. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm on the prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. Cont.... Item No 2.01

(d) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 100mm overlap in transverse direction sealed and bounded to the surface by torch/bitumen application method directed by engineer in charge. (e) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. A fillet of PCC 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is change of direction. (f) Topping will be done with 40mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 1.20 metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) Work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacture. Necessary documentary evidence in support of the authorised applicatior will be submitted to GE before the commencement of water proofing work. (ii) The quoted rates is deemed to include for the cost of scaffolding, T &P, etc required for execution of the work.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar as in portion ordered and directed.

M&L for Random Rubble stone walling uncourses, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4.00 as above but except stone complete all as specified & directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone/brick wall, ceiling incl. Raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry, external surfaces finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as per specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc,from tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for 50 mm thick sand stone slabs; set and jointed over joists etc. in CM 1:4 as in base of water tank and M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm stone crushed agg.) finished concrete surfaces even & smooth complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15 mm bore and removing the same from site/keeping aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 20 mm bore and removing the same from site/keeping aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

S & F water tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose / disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bend, sheleves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and dobbing out and M&L for PCC 1:1:5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm grade stone aggregate to make up and finished required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) in floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed
