Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point etc) complete with fittings/fixures such as switches sockets, ceiling rose, fan regulators, FTL fittings and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS - 694 1990 drawn through and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with all accessories including fabricated MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3 mm thick plastic masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with cadmium screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sq mm FRLSH stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light or fan point controlled by one switch single pole one way for light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan /call bell point/ Switch socket outlet 5 amps complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board..

M&L fo Point wiring surface type with 2.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) PVC insulated stranded single core unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through with and including PVC casing caping with all fittings and accessories of casing caping (like Tee, Bend etc) complete fixed to walls / ceiling etc with and including 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded, single core FRLSH copper cable as earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point (including supply & fixing of 1.6 mm thick pressed mild steel terminal boxes of suitable size with 3 mm thick PVC /plastic laminated sheet, top cover suitable sizes of brass screws and washers etc. for mounting sockets for 5 pin, 16 Amp Switch socket combination on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Switch piano, flush type, SP, one way, 5/6 Amps 230/240 Volts, white/ivory finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ceiling rose surface bakelite three terminals 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plug and socket in sheet metal enclosures with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including MCB SP 20 Amps 240 volts heavy duty all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete with all the connection as directed. NOTE- unserviceable fans to be deposited in MES Storeyard.

Taking down unserviceable ceiling fans and supplying and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1400 mm sweep. Min air delivery 245 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete with all the connection as directed. NOTE- unserviceable fans to be deposited in MES Storeyard.

Taking down unserviceable wall fans and Supply and fix Wall fan of min 400m sweep 240V, 50hz,min 1350RPM, 100CMM air delivery complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE- unserviceable fans to be deposited in MES Storeyard.

Taking down unserviceable exhaust fans and supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers with making good the surface as s per existing finish complete with all the connection as directed. NOTE- Old unserviceable ones to be deposited to MES Store.
