Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in Cement Mortar 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of grade B-III, 7mm thick of size 300x600mm or of size matching to floor tile as approved, fixed on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match floor tile complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on as in backing coat for fixing tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc., finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning the surface of sunken floor portion of WC, Bathroom etc., with wire brush, washing with hydrochloric acid to remove dust, dirt, oil, grease, loose particles etc., and providing water proofing treatment to sunken floor by applying first layer of slurry of cement @0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious (PMC) composite compound @ 0.253kg/Sqm and second layer of slurry of cement 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.126kg /Sqm etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Exhaust fan, PVC body with automatic back shutter louvers 250 mm sweep, 1280 RPM or more, Air Delivery not less than 860 CMH, single phase, 240 Volts, AC, 50 Hz all as per Ventil Air - DX White of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes including cutting hole in to the wall / existing window / ventilator etc., and making good the disturbed surfaces and connecting up complete including provision of cable 3/2 core of suitable size from ceiling rose to fan in flexible hose including taking down the old unserviceable exhaust fan etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of making hole in walls/other surfaces, making good the disturbed surfaces including any framework/cement work/wood work/welding work etc. required for proper fixing of the exhaust fan and matching to the existing surface. (ii) Old unserviceable Exhaust fans should be handed over to MES stores.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, vertical distribution board (MCCB DB), IP 43, IK-09, metal double door, TPN, 4 way, 415 Volts, flush type made out of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet metal, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 8623 suitable for 3/4 pole MCCBs as incomer, fitted with suitable bus bar, neutral links, blanking plate etc., all as per Cat No.DBVTL004DD of L&T or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes, concealed and fixed flush to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases into walls for concealing MCCB DB and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement work and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface.

Supply and fix FRP enclosure of size 250mm x 250mm x 105mm approx or next higher size with locking arrangement suitable for housing one number of energy meter with suitable accessories all as per Cat No.GSJB-2525 of Sintex or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes fixed flush to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces including taking down the old enclosure complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases into walls for concealing FRP enclosure and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement work and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface.

Supply and fix Single Pole and Neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one Single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps, C-series with breaking capacity 10kA all as per Cat No.DBMPS120SD of L&T or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully storage type electric water heater (Geyser) of any type and any make up to 25 Ltr capacity by unscrewing nuts and bolts from clamps after disconnecting all electric connection and PVC connections (hot and cold) and keeping serviceable geysers in safe custody for refixing and depositing the unserviceable geysers to the MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for descaling the inner container, heating element, base assembly etc by using diluted hydrochloric acid and cleaning thoroughly, filling the inner container with water and checking and arresting leakage if any, replacing unserviceable spare parts like heating element, thermostats, PVC pipe to Steel braided hose for inlet and outlet water connections etc.,of storage type electric water heater (Geyser) of any type and any make up to 25 Ltr capacity, reassembling the geyser after servicing and refixing in the same or different original position/location including water line connections and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of Vertical type Storage electric water heater (Geysers) of 25 Ltrs capacity, tank made of ultra thick super cold rolled steel plates with high density PUF insulation, 2 KW, 230 V, Single Phase, 50 Hz, AC, BEE 5 Star rated all as per Cat No: GHWAMGTWH025 (Monza DX) of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes including provision of multifunction safety valve including suitable plug top and grouting and fixing with and including 2 Nos anchor fasteners of size as per manufacturer's instructions, making good the disturbed surface complete and connecting electrical and water supply connection using steel braided hose 2 Nos, testing and commissioning etc.,complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Old unserviceable geycers should be handed over to MES Stores (Ii) Installed Geyser's warranty card should be submitted to the GE duly verified by Engineer-in-Charge before claiming payment for Geysers. (iIi) CA No. Year and Qtr No. shall be written on the new geysers by Black synthetic enamel paint using stencils or by permanent marker pen and the unit quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of writing these details.

Supply and fix Coaxial TV cable, RG-6 with less signal losses all as per Cat No.WHOJTTKARG06 of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes fixed with necessary accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix internet socket RJ-45, suitable for CAT 6 cable, shielded, folded metal 1 module all as per Cat No.:ACMKRWW451 of Crabtree (Havells) or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix internet TV coaxial socket, 1 module all as per Cat No:ACMKTWW000 of Crabtree (Havells) or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20mm dia (external dia) Rigid non-metallic medium grade PVC conduit with and including conduit accessories tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc, exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Conduits provided for point wiring, submain wiring against Sl.item Nos.246 to 249 hereinbefore shall not be measured against this item.

Material and labour for taking down carefully existing energy meters of any make/capacity, after disconnecting all electric connections, carrying out services, cleaning, replacing unserviceable parts, reassembling the meters after servicing and refixing the same in FRP enclosures newly fixed vide item No.290 & 291 hereinbefore and testing on completion including stickering the Qtr No. complete all as specified and as directed.
