CCTV camera, electronic In-motion Weigh-bridge (EIMWB) & COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WORK (CAMC) OF ELECTRONIC IN-MOTION WEIGHBRIDGE

Railways reserves the rights to place order for entire / bulk quantity on firms who have successfully supplied same/similar items to any Railway/ PUs for which documentary evidence must be furnished along with their offer evidencing execution of such the purchase orders

1. As per RDSO letter no MW/CS/PEWB dated 11-11-2025 or latest, Vendor should be approved by RDSO for manufacturing and supply of Pit-less electronic in-motion weighbridge (15 KMPH) and any other vendor added by RDSO till date of tender opening. The firm should upload valid quality audit certificates along with its offer, else the offer submitted shall be summarily rejected. 2. The weighbridge supplier shall be required to necessarily possess all requisite clearances and approvals from the Metrological department, Government of India for the model of the In-motion weighing instruments being offered to the Indian Railways.

Make In India Preference policy :- In keeping with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 as amended, procurement of the item is restricted to Class I and class II local suppliers. Minimum local content requirement for Class-I local supplier is minimum 50 % . For Class-II local supplier is minimum 20 % . Non local suppliers: The bidders offering imported products will fall under the category of Non-local suppliers- As per MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS - RAILWAY BOARD letter ..2020/ RS(G)/779/2-Part-1 Dated: 17/05/2021. The vendors with local content less than 20% should not quote in the tender who do not qualify to be Class I and class II local suppliers, as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I and class II local supplier for tendered item participates in the tender it does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor
