Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (other than ground floor ) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provide all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

M&L for brick work using old size fly ash bricks as specified in clasue 6 of Particular specification, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 5.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No. 4.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L brick work using old size fly ash bricks as specified in clasue 6 of Particular specification, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks, cooler stand and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for treatment of RCC roof slab surface comprising to the following specifications with and including demolition of old treatment of RCC roof slab complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Dismantling of old roof treatment of any type any thickness any pattern including dismantling of old brick tiles and mud phuska and clean the surface up to RCC roof. (b) M&L for preparation of RCC roof surfaces with wire brush, drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particles, filling the cracks with crack filler and providing 50mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with maintaining the proper roof slope complete all as specified and directed. (c ) M&L for providing 25mm thick polymer modified plaster in ratio 1:10 (1 part of polymer and 10 parts of cement with solid contents not less than 30% over slab and applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin and hardner with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions, applying 1st coat of solvent based polyurathene liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater than equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 kg/sqm and applying 2nd coat solvent based polyurathene liquid mambrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable, having SRI value greater than liquid to 105 with consumption of 0.61 Kg/Sqm over dried 1st coat complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Asian Paints / Pidilite / STP / Sikka Note :- The work of WPT shall be got executed through authorised approved applicator.

M&L for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness exceeding 10mm and upto 25mm to the prepared concrete surface in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height, including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness of upto 10mm to the prepared concrete surface in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height, including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster by applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of ceilings including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any numbers of layers) by scrapping with steel wire brushing or any other means, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots. etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing the old decorated plastered /un plastered surfaces of walls including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint on wall surface to give uniform and smooth surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling old unserviceable PVC water tank capacity 500 ltr and not exc 1000 ltrs & removal from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (colour other than black as approved by Engineer-in-charge) triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I.

Supply and fixing 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (colour other than black as approved by Engineer-in-charge) triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I.

S&F Ball brass valve, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- (i) Old serviceable water tubing retrieved from serial item No. 27.00 here-in-before shall be used. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

Fixing only GI water tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade, with & including supply & fixing all new fittings (ISI marked) complete fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Old serviceable water tubing retrieved from serial item No. 28.00 here-in-before shall be used. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints / solvent cement joints fixed to wall complete all as specified.
