Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m and making site clean complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add to item No. 06 here-in-before for each 25mm girth or part thereof over 30cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforced) and removing debris from site of work to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-I (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, shelves and similar articles set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT deformed bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe 500D complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish material from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for plain cement concrete, Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as speified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor tiles, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with mixture of white and grey cement in equal portions and no pigment complete all as specified and directed. Note: Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-I(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in edging of path (interlocking paver) and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including form work and finishig all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons and walls complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debries from site of work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in paved area or hard standing including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.
