Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items as per TNDSS No 30 & 86 A) column footing and Grade beam

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best fly ash Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement and three sand)10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including curing etc.,complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1: 5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including curing etc.,complete as per standard specification

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2 cm laid in cement mortar ( One of cement and three of sand ) mixing with water proofing compound conferment ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with same waterproofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete with standard specification

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for doors. Windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outermembers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with Granite slabs (superfine polished with machine cut edges of 18-20 mm thick) of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
