Demolition of Concrete (Unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as a sub base to receive topping layer finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M/L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in base of flooring/ hard standing finished evern & smooth w/o using extra cement..

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 20 to 22 mm thick glossy finish coloured and pattern in patches in floor with set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:6, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in kitchen platform, floors,aprons laid, bedded,pointing in any mortar etc complete all as directed.

M&L of Machine cut kota stone flooring 18-20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing ( mirror finish) over 15mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:4) as in floor finished rough including roughening of existing surfaces by pick axicess and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 Kg/Sqm of surface. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with providing 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed..

Demolition of cement or lime concret in any despription along with tarfelt treatment in sunken portion / roof and cement mortar bedding from roof removal rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sunken portion, padding work on roof, subbase, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on roof suraces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken portition / roof etc. in following sequence:- (i) Properly cleaning and drying the surface (ii) Applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 1.2Kg/Sqm and primer shall be allowed to dry over night. (iii) Laying APP based modified water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3kg per sqm and thickness not less than 3 mm, with 100mm overlaps, sealed and bonded to the surface by 'torchon' method (iv) Applying two coat of bituminous based aluminum painting @ 0.15 kg/Sqm each coat on water proofing treatment with preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment (any number of layers) on walls scrapping with steel scrapper or any other means,including filling depression of scrapped surface ,priming plaster and other old surface with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of old decorated surfaces of wall, pillasters,cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down and washing with water. after completion of precoat treatment apply two coats of Anti fungal weather coat acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer including 2-3mm thick wall care putty and including including necessary sacfolding, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Each stage i.e. preparation of surfaces, application of primer, application of first coat, application of second coat will be got passed from Engr-in -Charge.(b)Written Warranty for four years or as per manufacturer's instructions, whichever is more is required to be furnished by contractor for this item.
