NCTPS–I- CM Circle – CM-I-Improvement works to the Eastern side of Secondary Crusher House(SCH)Building-I at ICHS area inside NCTPS-I

Dismantling of Doors, windows and Sunshade removal of frames, hinges and fastenings etc., complete including cost labour, equipments, lead, lift, transportation etc., complete and devoluted to central stores as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Providing Brick work in CM 1:5 using Fly ash brick/second class table moulded country bricks, including finishing curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification, including all cost of labour, lead, lift, scaffolding, transportation, etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.1.309) including all cost of labour, lead, lift, scaffolding, transporta tion, etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site. a)Plastering

b)Sunshade.

Providing epoxy resin concrete bonding agent with NITO bond EP or equivalent to the surface where concrete exists including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position Anodized aluminum sliding glazed window in two tracks with top 300mm fixed glass using Aluminum box section 63x38x0.759kg / m and sliding shutters below using frame: bottom gutter, 61.85x37mmx1.055kg / m & side /top 62x29.5mmx0.695kg / m and shutter: lock, 39x20mmx 0.605kg / m bottom 41 x 20mmx 0.355kg / m side/top 39x 20mm x0.488kg / m 5mm thick plain glass, rubber beading, center lock etc including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc complete -1sq.m

Supplying and providing ornamental grills for windows asing 20 x 5 mm Ms Flats as shown in the drawing and fixing in position, including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., and as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue-gum post or casuarina post or best quality bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3m height 10.5 m projection+ 0.5m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of post being 2m in both row with horizantal posts with 0.5m over lap on wither side and braces at 2 m c/c including longtitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood/silver oak planks of 40 mm thick and 1 m with etc., in a complete from using coir and nails 1 m run.a)Up to 3.00 m height

b)From 3.00 m to 33.00 m

Painting two coats of Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, on Exterior surface with through scrapping and washing the surface removing of dirt.algae etc., including necessary plaster of paris, putty where ever required including all cost of labour, lead, scaffolding etc., complete as per direction Engineer at site.

Painting two coat of enamel paint over one coat of primer over the old iron surface including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc complete. 10sq.m
