The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then bel sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Design, supply & installation of Nitrous oxide Manifold arrangements of 2 banks X 3 cylinder each wing with semi automatic control panel with out cylinders. Manifold Top frame with Provision for connecting 3 cylinders on Right bank and 3 cylinders on left bank with High Pressure Interconnecting copper tubing,Silver Brazing, Non Return Valve,Copper Pig tail pipe, fasteners and cylinder support middle angle frame with chains for clamping 3+3 cylinders and related fasteners. The installation is commissioned after testing as per standards and painted as per international code as directed by the departmental officers.
Theatre Vaccum Unit: The unit should comprise of two reusable 2000 ml shatter resistant bottle. Each made up of ply carbonate material and fully autoclavable at 134 degreee centigrade, should have a vacuum regulator with instant ON / OFF switch and tree way left, right or both. All the above items should be mounted on a trolley having free moving castor wheels. (As per IS 12827 / 19898 & ISO 7396 / 1987)
