Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation footings, basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix , Cement content considered in this item is @400 kg/cum. All works upto plinth level including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Tor steel of SAIL/ TISCO/ JINDAL/ KAMDHENU/ SHYAM STEEL reinforcement for thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor level complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) buildings bricks of class designation 7.5 in super-structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough/ fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarsesand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floatingcoat of neat cement, including cement slurry, butexcluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint ofrequired shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat ofexterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing includingvertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or Lhooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen andG.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled withwhite lead, including a coat of approved steel primer andtwo coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheetscomplete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curvedsurfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters andtrusses and including cutting to size and shape whereverrequired. within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
