Stay Insulator

Fabrication & erection of double pole of 33 KV line on 11 Mtr. Long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 no. channel cross arm, its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, plinthing 300 mm above ground level, contractor shall provide 3 nos. 33 G.I. pin, necessary clamps, F-bracket etc. as Per RESPO Norms.

Fabrication & erection of single pole for 33 KV Line on 11 Mtr. Long with fixing of necessary clamp & other accessories like 1 no. channel cross arm, its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, plinthing 300 mm above ground level, painting of pole with one coat of red oxide two coats of enamel paint ISI mark, contractor shall provide 3 nos. 33 KV G.I. pin, necessary clamps, F-bracket etc. as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting and nuzzling of stay set complete including supply & fixing of necessary clamps, Stay insulator/loop insulator and other accessories. (The grouting work will be carried out by using cement, core sand, brick-ballast etc. as per RESPO Norms). Only stay wire and stay set will be supplied by the deptt.

Ordinary earthing by 33 KV MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. All material except earthing wire and earthing rod shall be supplied by the contractor.

Laying Stringing & sagging of 3 Phase 3 wire 33 KV New Line on ACSR Dog conductor as per RESPO Specification and direction on E/I. All material except ACSR Dog conductor shall be supplied by the contractor.

Guarding of HT line by GI wire. GI wire shall be supplied by the department.

Supply and fixing of Guarding angle with clamp as per RESPO Norms.

Supply and fixing of Allu. Lug 400 sq.mm. as per RESPO Norms.

Laying of 3X300 sq.mm 33 KV XLPE cable by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only 33 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department.

Cable Hosting of 33 KV 3x300 XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of 6" GI Pipe as Per RESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor.

High pressure testing of 33 KV 3x300 XLPE cash along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment.

Dismantling of HT line, pole and other electrical infra including rolling back its conductor, wire, including stacking & transpiration of these materials form site to JE dump store/Central Store Daliganj, Lucknow.
