Construction of Granular sub-base providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with 80 - 100 KN Static roller capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheels steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providind and laying Inter Locking Block Pavement ( M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 ( inclusive of Edge restraint and carriage )

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm as per Technical Specification Clause 505.By Manual Means.Bitumen (S-90)

Providing and applying track coat with bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) pressure emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. Per spm. On the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the Deptt), Qnty= 3.75x1000.00=3750.00m2

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam: Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregatea of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mixed to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheel, vibratory and tandem rollers to acheived the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl.no.507 complete in all respect.(including carriage up to initial lead of 5.00 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the Deptt).A.With hydrated lime/cement as filler(refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H Sp.) (a) With 60/70 0r VG-30 grade bitumen.(ii) for Grading -II (19 mm nominal size)

ROAD FURNITURE: Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glassbeads as per IRC:35 and consisting of profile marking, Zebra line marking and rain line marking or as directed by the Deptt.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoRT&H Specification.

Type A, "W": Metal Beam Crash Barrier crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail,70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvenized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 mm x 75 mm x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause.810.

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&Hs fixed to the road surface using adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.
