Preparing drawing of car Park keeping in view of smooth in flow, exit of Pax during peak hours for the proposed car Park. Architect and Engineering design of existing and proposed car park including Kerbs, Drainage, Parking, Footpath, Internal road, Lighting, Gates, Grills, Signage’s, Covered Canopy, Pick-up and dropping points, waiting, TR stalls, ticketing Booths, potters, plants and horticulture etc. The architect / professional thus engaged by the bidder shall be approved by AAI before engagement. The bidder is required to submit at least two options within 15 days of award of work. Changes /modification as suggested by AAI shall be incorporated by bidder and final drawings to be submitted to AAI. The final drawing shall be approved by AAI. The rate shall include all expenditure for preparation of drawings, site visit ( 05 nos) during execution of the project and incorporating changes as required by AAI. The bidder shall submit three sets of colored final drawing hard copy in A0 format, and soft copy in AutoCAD format.
