Taking up or down steel tubing & connection incl removal from site for 15 mm dia pipe complete all as speicified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but of 20mm bore pipe

S&F for 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade water supply pipes etc., fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 above but 20mm bore size

Dismantling of existing roof treatment work with brick bats/tiles set in cement/lime mortar including bedding layer/mud phuska, PCC padding (any thickness), benching etc and removing retriving material to a dsitance not exc 500m and disposed off rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate shall also be deemed to include demolition of PCC or brick tiles any thickness in quoted rates.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment with PCC of sunken floor and cleaning sunken floor by washing and rubbing etc and removing the material retrieved to a distance n.exc 500m where directed and provn of water proofing treatment to sunken floors all as given below specifications :- (a) Making fillet of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tapecrete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing joints of pipe with epoxy putty CICO POXY LC or epoxy mortar CICO POXY 2125. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Modified Cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPCRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be carried out upto 300mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. (d) Applying a coat of TAPCRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured for 2 days. (e) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1 : 4 mixed with CICO super at 100ml per 50 kg cement on treated surface of this schedule.

M & L for Filling the sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) upto required level complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCC work shall be executed in sunken portion treatment carried out under item NO 6.

M & L for provn of roof treatment with APP polymeric water proofing membrane all as per given below specifications:- (a) Cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. (b) M&L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384-1986 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm and allow to dry. (d) Applying 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane having wt 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface as per manufacturer instructions and over laps 10cm and 15cm longitudinal and trasverse directions respectively and sealed by flame torch, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and grove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (e) Applying bituminous based aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.2 Kg/Sqm in two coats all as per specification and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for provn of roof treatment with APP polymeric proofing membrane with roof tiles all as given below specifications :- (a) Cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. (b) M & L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous based primer conforming to IS:3384-1986 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and allow to dry. (d) Applying 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane having wt 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface as per manufacturer instructions and over laps 10cm and 15cm longitudinal and trasverse directions respectively and sealed by flame torch, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and grove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (f) Blinded with coarse sand dry @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/Sqm (g) Screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:4 as in beddding layers using 100% coarse sand. (h) M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick roof tiles, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in terraces over screed bed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in roof padding( approx avg 30 mm thick)etc all as specified and directed .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specefied.

S & F mild steel work as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to FE 410-0 or complete and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specefied and directed by E-in-Charge. (Fe- 410W Grade-E-250 quality A).

M & L for preparation of new Steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of AC (corrugated/semi corrugated) sheet/PGI/CGI in roof covering including ridges all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and making good to disturb surface, all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridge to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick, in valley gutter, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) fixed with L/J type hook or cranked hook bolt with grade of zinc coating 275, including brass welding and sholdered joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for 4mm thick non asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber frame work with screws etc and including preparation of surface & applying two coat of white wash complete as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping with using necessary form work etc complete

S&F 12mm thick gypsum plaster board flame proof conforming to IS-2095 1982 to fix as suspended ceiling with one step and including GI frame consisting perimeter channel 20X27X30X0.5 mm intermediate channel 45 (WEB) X 1.5 (flange) X 0.90mm @ 1.22 M C/C with ceiling angle 25 X10X0.5 mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fastner, ceiling section 51.5 (Knurled Web X 26 (flange) with lips of 10.5 mm X0.5mm @ 610mm C/C nec clip, screw, nylon sleeves etc complete and apply two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty on ceiling over preparation surface complete including taking down existing ceiling work all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering plaster 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying 2 coats of OBD over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering plaster 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick wk or concrete surface finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paints over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F in replacement 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with MS clamps rings and fixed to wall/floors complete all as specified and directed

S/F in replacement 110 mm PVC (SWR) Pipes single socketed in any length with with MS clamps rings joints fixed to wall/floors complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exec 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n. exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment over & including screed bed 20 mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 mm and 7 to 8 thick in vertical surface and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment over & including screed bed in 10 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3, complete all as specefied and directed

S&F in repairs Vitreous china squatting pan, orissa pattern, size 580x440 mm white, with integral foot rests including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe including making good to floor with PCC 1:2:4 or cement sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white colour excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern & flush pipe) but including white seat cover, C.P.brass Jet spray complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

S & F repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white colour capacity 10 liters with inlet and outlet, ball valve, handle including cast iron brackets & 32 mm bore PVC flush pipes & PVC connection 450 mm long pipe, compete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC waste pipe 32/40mm dia 610mm long suitable for WHB or Sinks etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F Rotational moulded polethelene water storage tanks in 500 litre capasity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including PTMT float valve 20 mm with alumium rod and dismantling of existing PVC tank & removed from site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded polethelene water storage tanks in 1000 litre capasity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including PTMT float valve 20 mm with alumium rod and dismantling of existing PVC tank & removed from site complete all as specified and directed.

M/L 2nd class hard wood plain fillets square, rectangular or trangular in section, clean sawn se-cured with nails or brads area exc 6 and n.exc 13 sqcm

M & L for preparation of surfaces and appling two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer on wooden surface of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint on new wooden surfaces.

M&L for chipping of spelled and loose conerete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry in side/soffits of RCC slabs, chajjas, facias, parapets, columns and beams etc and following treatment shall be made:- (i) Applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as anti-rust on all exposed surfaces of concrete (ii) provide guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and total aperture 75mm, thickness of gunite n. exc 25mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1:3 with OPC 43 grade cement mixed with polycreete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions. Steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. (iii) Finally applying cement palster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper gerometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface Note:-(i)Rate shall be deemed to include necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto four storey buildings incl revmoving of small trees shrubs etc . (ii) The cost of welded mesh to be welded with the exsting re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
