Supply of Ready Mix Concrete M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including the cost of conveyance from plant to site,pumping,hire charges, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will b emade by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including shuttering, 3.00mm high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer..

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M-Sand) using II class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4⅜" x 2¾" including proper setting, curing, etc., complete in all respects in Foundation and Basement

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (One of cement and six of M-Sand) using Fly Ash bricks of Minimun size 23cm×11cm×7cm for super structure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding, proper setting curing etc, complete in all respects.

Brick Partition wall 11cm thick in cement mortar 1:5 (one of cement and five of M-Sand) using Fly Ash bricks of Minimun size 23cm×11cm×7cm including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding and proper setting, curing, finishing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5,(One of cement and five of P-Sand) 12mm thick including providing band cornice curing etc., Complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering for all RCC works in cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of P-Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the RCC surface, providing necessary water band using the same mix of mortar wherever necessary proper finishing, curing, scaffolding etc., complete with relevant standard specification.

Providing Ellis Pattern flooring 20mm thick (Ellis pattern) with layer of cement concrete 1:3 (one of cement and three of hard broken stone) (No M-Sand) using hard blue granite chips of size 3mm to 10mm and surface rendered smooth over RCC slab including supplying and fixing 20mm dia GI pipe outlet etc., complete in all respects.

Cement concrete 1:5:12.5 (One of cement, five of M-Sand and twelve and half of hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm size broken brick jelly including laying, ramming, curing finishing, etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with best quality Vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design anti skid type joint free of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one of cement three of M-Sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement @ 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing the walls with colour glazed design tiles of minimum size 15cm x 15cm x 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of M-Sand), 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tile surface etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of Oriya type Indian water closet 20" or 50cm size with 'P' or 'S' trap ( white glazed earthern ware of best approved) including concrete packing filling the portion with filling sand, flooring the same area with 7.5cm thick stone jelly lime concrete 32:12-1/2 ( Thirty two of broken stone jelly and twelve and half of lime) No sand using 20mm size stone jelly and finishing the surface with Ceramic tile flooring of minimum size 305mmx305mmx6mm with anti-syphonage connection etc., complete in all respects ( IN GROUND FLOOR)

Providing of 35mm thick factory made pre-laminated ABS (Acrolynitrile Butadiene Styrene) Door Shutter moulded in different designs, consisting of all round frame made out of water proof solid foam PVC bar of size 20 x 32mm, reinforced by 32 x 32mm - 2 Nos., for vertical made out of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), core material of 32mm thick high density craft paper honey comb board, sandwiched on both sides with pre-laminated ABS sheet thickness of 1.5mm. PVC edge banding of size 0.45mm on the vertical sides. rdware made out of steel coated butterfly hinges - 3 Nos., for each shutter and ISI make SS round lock complete for finished item of work, complete complying with the standard specification. The door shutter and frame should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Design Pre -laminated Door.

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS squares for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling hall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over allsize of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all edges of frame and shutter the shuttter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned .Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action ,security protective hinges ,strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss.The connecting mechanism netween sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window . The window should be fixed be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing ll round the frames .The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.
