M & L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out in hard/dense soil for all as specified and directed.

M & L for returning and refilling of excavated soil upto a depth of 30 cm after riddling the excavated soil for laying underground cables and post holes all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat size 300x180x40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover classClass LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down exising transformers of any capacity from 2pole/4pole structure incl dismantle all connections ie cable,AB switch, earth connection etc and deposit dismantle transformer to MES Store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note:- Rate include transportation from work site to E/M store yard and E/M store yard to work site)

Supply, install, connecting, testing & commissioning of transformer of capacity 500 KVA having technical parameters as per IS 1180 (Part I): 2014 Level 3 with all standard fittings and accessories, step down, indoor type, onan cooled oil immersed, copper wound, HT 11000 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz on primary side and 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire on secondary side, 50 Hz with 7 position off load tap changer having tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage by +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% each with vector group Dyn-11 complete with standard fittings, cable end box both on HT and LT side, LT terminals extended with 20mm x 3mm "L" type copper strip connected with bracing for connecting cable lugs on LT side including initial filling of oil conforming to IS 335-1981 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with stranded aluminium conductor of 300 sqmm 3.5 core complete including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth lead of 32x6 GI strip means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion
