Excavation in all kinds of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, including chiseling/wedging etc. and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads, lifts and disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete complete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a)Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters burresses, plinth and string course and the like.

b)Vertical fins and vertical sum breakers.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand and twelve graded stone crushed aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand and four graded stone crushed aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:8:16 (one cement : eight sand : sixteen graded stone crushed aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete on slab and floor excluding the cost of form work screed laid under flooring complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 1.5 : 3(one cement: one and half sand and three graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre nominal size) reinforced concrete Chhajjas not exceeding 10cm thickness upto all floor level including finished the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) to give a smooth and even surface centering/form work and curing complete excluding the cost of the reinforcement including all leads, lifts, and carriage of material.

Providing and laying upto all floor level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface centering and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Moulding as in cornices window sills etc. not exceeding 15cm in girth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (one cement one and half sand: three graded stone aggregate crushed aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

a)Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10m thickness) including attached pilaster, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation up to all floor level.

b)Vertical and horizontal (thickness not more then 0.10m) individually or forming box louvers and projected band unto all floor level.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

2nd class half brick masonry using common burnt clay building brick in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, frame and fixed in position complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Sawl wood.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and put up in position complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 2nd class deodar wood paneled, glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screw including all leads, lifts and carriage of material. a)35mm (Thirty five milimetre) thick

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty milimetre) second class deodar wood in wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished back enameled iron hinges with necessary screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters interior grade, commercial type, core of block board, construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial ply veneering with vertical grains of cross bands and face vaneers on both faces of shutters including all leads and lifts of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) 35mm (thirty five milimetre) thick including bright finished black enameled M.S. Butt hinges.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick both side pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded good particle board confirming to IS 12823 grade 1 type II in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, window shutters and partition frames with CP brass / stainless steel screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge Action tesa / Green ply.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete including all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium and dyed to required shade work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS-733 and IS-1285 anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS-1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC-15). Fixed with rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, wherever required including cleat angles, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Jindal / Hindalco make).

Providing and fixing Aluminium anodized powder coated pattern to existing window /ventilator with 80mmx80mm panels holes with 8mm dia aluminium rod in window and ventilators including fixing with aluminum screws or bolts and nuts complete in aluminum channels base frames etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying jointless ceramic tiles white / coloured 8mm thick or manufactured thickness of said brand in flooring (300x300mm size) treads of steps and skirting riser of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement: three sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement complete in all respect (Kazaria / Nitco / orientbell / Johnson standard make).
