For superstructure in Ground Floor

Brick partition wall of 11cm thickness in CM 1:3 mix using best Second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks 9"x4⅜"x2¾" bricks having 350kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications and using hoop iron reinforcement if necessary (The hoop iron quantity to be measured and paid separately) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix, 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 10mm thick Granite Tiles (Jet Black) (Super fine polished with Machine cut edges) in cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointing with white cement and colouring pigments to the colour of tiles including the cost of nosing, grooving etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Joint free Rectified Glazed Ceramic Flooring Tiles of all colours in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three sand] 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with the same coloured cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing the walls with First quality colour glazed tiles with printed design of size 150mm x 150mm x 6mm of approved make, quality and colour in cement mortar 1:2 mix [one cement and two sand] over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly etc., complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Double Charged Vitrified Tiles in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three sand] 20mm thick of walls and floors and pointed with the same colour cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing Medium Density fibre (MDF) board - Exterior Grade, both sides pre-laminated including external lipping with kiln dried soft wood 35 mm thick single leaf conforming to IS: 12406 / 1989 with 35 x 12mm TW Lipping on all edges with necessary adhesives and CP screws complying with standard specifications. The rate is inclusive of three coats of best quality varnish but excluding cost of furniture fittings such as 300mm tower bolt 2 nos, 2oomm towerbolt 1 no, 300mm Aldrop 1 no Alu handle ornamental type 2 nos and 1 no Door stopper etc., complete. Supply and fixing Solid PVC door shutters with frame using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. UPVC Window Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Window of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Glazing of panel shall be done only at factory at the controlled atmosphere.
