Modernization/Upgradation of existing parks/green belts.

Supplying,Fabrication and installation of 4 mtr high pole made out of 65 mm dia. NB 'B' class GI pipe ISI marked (IS 1239) Part -1( 2004) duly welded with MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx10mm thick with suitable earth stud including welding of support strip. The pole shall primer and enamel painted in colour approved by Engineer in-charge Finishing , numbering of pole, commissioning , testing etc completed as required.

Supplying & fixing of 500mm long single over hang bracket made out of suitable dia. G.I pipe with a canopy of 300mm long suitable for 65 mm dia G.I pole i/c nuts,bolts etc. as reqd.

Casting of suitable foundation for pole of overall size 400mm x 400mm x 1200mm deep (both above & below ground level) having concrete mix 1 : 2 : 4,(1 cement; 2 course sand; 4 graded stone aggregate) including supply and fixing of one set comprizing of 4 nos of 16mm dia 600mm long J type foundation bolts(threded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos GI nuts and 2 nos GI washer per bolt, 2 nos DWC pipe of 32/40mm dia of suitable length shall be embeded in above foundation for drawing of incoming & out going cable. The Tor steel used in pedstal shall be 12mm dia - 8nos. vertical 1350mm long with 10mm dia ring @150CC - 9 Nos 1600mm long as binder complete with digging shuttering and back filling etc as reqd. Tor steel shall be ISI marked.

Supplying and fixing of pole connector box made out of glass rein- forced polyster sheet moulding compound confirming to IS 13410-1992 grade S-1 of nominal inner dimension 240mm(H) x 130mm(W) x 95mm(D) all the corner of the box should be round suitable to mount on 65mm dia GI pole with following accessories in box complete as required. (a) 2 nos. M.S clamp made out of 19mm x 3mm GI strip of suitable length for mounting box on the pole (b) Water tight front cover with stainless steel hinged & screw for tighting. (c) 6 ampr.SP MCB of 10 KAincluding mounting arrangement- 1No. (d) 4 way, 220v , 30Amp, dough moulded connector(SMC) with stainless inserts. (e) Suitable size hole at suitable location on wall for cable & wire entry. (f)Earth bolts M 6 x 20mm.

F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMIEMC As per CISPR -15, lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin),SDCM (Standard Deviation Colour Matching) <5Maximum power consumptionshould not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy ≥120 <135 lm/Watt output .LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C).
