Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI(solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet wall in the same manner all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick of size 400mX400mm in floor set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar in 1:4 15mm thick all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Split AC 1.5/2 Ton capacity ( Indoor and Out door Unit) with stabilizer by removing all electrical connections and indoor to out door unit gas pipes ,nut bolts from roof top of bldg before starting of civ work and shifting to store for safecustody. After completion of civ work, Refixing /installing Split AC 1.5/2 Ton with voltage stabilizer at the suitable place by connecting all electrical connections and copper piping with insulation (5/8th x 1/4th) with nut bolts as per site requirement, testing and commissioning , if any extra cable , gas pipes , gas filling require at the time of installation the quoted rate is deemed to be included , No nextra cost will be paid to contractor complete all as specified and directed By Engr- In - Charge.

Supply and fix DLP U PVC adaptable trunking of size 195 x 50mm complete with trunking accessories viz cover joints, clips, internal/external angles, partition/flat junctions and branches complete for camouflaging existing LT UG cable/ copper wires refixing the same after removing the existing copper/aluminium wiring from wall/roof and making proper connection to the existing panel/board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix DLP U PVC adaptable trunking of size 90 x 50mm complete with trunking accessories viz cover joints, clips, internal/external angles, partition/flat junctions and branches complete for camouflaging existing LT UG cable/ copper wires refixing the same after removing the existing copper/aluminium wiring from wall/roof and making proper connection to the existing panel/board complete all as specified and directed.
