1. CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Architectural, Structural Design & Drgs. (a) Preparation and submission of self sufficient Architectural,structural design & drgs including structural details, structural notes conforming to standards IS-456, IS-816, IS-875, IS-1893, IS-2062, IS-4326, IS-13920 and any other latest and relevant Indian Standard of the building as per the arch drg provided. The parameters for structural design are as under:- (b) Preaparation of Architecctural Plan & structural drawings/design of Provn of storage Accn near Delhi Area Offrs Mess under GE (East) Delhi Cantt - 10 approximate area 200 Sqm including submission of design report, architectural paln and structural drawings site survey and site investigations are not included inthis scope of work) including vetting of Design drawing from NIT/PEC/Govt Engieering college.. 2. The design shall included the following parameters:- (a) Reinforcement steel shall Fe-500D grade TMT bars, The grade of concrete shall be M-25 (design mix) . (b) Foundation shall be RCC isolation/combined footing/Raft/mat fdn as per requirement. (c) Seismic Zone-IV. (d) SBC (Tentative) 10.0 T/Sqm at 1.5m depth for square footing. (e) The structural include single storey building above ground. Any other relevant detail shall be taken from GE (East) Delhi Cantt. 3. Supply of design calculations folders alongwith STAAD output file both in hard and soft copy (02 CD) -01 (Copy each) 4. Design shall be vetted by any NIT /Govt Engg Collage.

Supply of 01 set of original tracing hard copy (A1 size) on ‘Gatway’ brand tracing paper along with a soft copy of drawings in Auto CAD (02 CD) as directed. The design prepared by one designer person shall sign the design calculations and drawings along with date. 6. The supplier shall give free of cost clarification, if any, during complete execution period of the building. 7. Any amendment required during execution shall be made by the consultant and requisite copies of amendment sheets be submitted free to cost. 8. The responsibility for the structural design & drawings prepared rests with the supplier. In case of any defect/damage detected in the designed structure during, its design life and the same is attributed to faulty drawing/design the supplier will be liable for penalty of 10 % of the total project cost. 9. Their party vetting/proof checking. The supplier shall be responsible for third party vetting/proof checking from IITs/NIITs/ other Govt Institute duly signed by authorised signatory (structural designer only) on behalf of the institute and not from a professor/individual of the institute in his personal capacity. The third party vetting the designs, drawings shall also be liable for ensuring that the designs & drawings are in compliance as per the laid down standard regulations, adherence to NBC norms and sound engineering practices. The bidder is responsible for obtaining clarification from the vetting agency till the completion of project. 10. A Certificate that all details have been thoroughly checked and are in compliance to standards, codes, regulations in respect of safety soundness and economy shall be obtaind from the vetting agencies. 11. The vetting agency will also be liable and answerable for any design deficiencies detected during design life of the building and may be called upon to address such issued if any.
