M&L for preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cakes mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat of paving bitumen at the rate of 05 kg per 10 sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required gradient and camber, (consolidated thickness upto 75mm or less) using paving bitumen any penetration @ 4% of weight of road metal, grading-2 (63mm to 40mm) in existing sunken portion of the road surface including sweeping from dust or mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road etc cutting edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous Premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick using bituminous (VG-30 )(minimum consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified. Note :- (a) Material for premixed carpet and sand seal coat shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab. (c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical paver.

Material and Labour for repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust or mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth and making good the surfaces by applying a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per ten square metres and putting in premixed carpet and well rammed to a uniform surfaces and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size per 10 Sqm to match/join the existing road surface, complete all as specified (for Independent Pot hole).

Material and Labour for marking lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road, pavement and the like of any width using thermoplastic compound white / yellow paint, confirming to BIS 3262, and according to the specification laid down IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification 20011 (4th revision), 2 mm thick, hot applied with thermoplastic road marking machine including material and spreading glass beads through spreader attached with the machine complete all as specified and directed.
