Supplying and laying Precast Designer Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 83mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals ,industrial complexes, road on expensive soils etc., including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 12.50 mm x 83mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over Stone dust of 100mm thick (excluding the cost of M- Sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and block cutter operator and labour for leveling the M- Sand to paver block etc., complete ISI 15658-2006.

HDPE Sheet: Supplying a and Laying 300 micron HDPE sheet below RCC/ Cement concrete flooring of approved colour/ make. The rate should include cost of 150mm overlapping all complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Gates etc.. with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc, complete as per standard specification.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium colour sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and trans

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works). Plain Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x as305 x 6mm (Observed Data).

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Dadooing with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 150mm x 150mm x 6mm.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers. Supplying and run off 8 SWG copper wire on walls or below ground level with necessary 'U' nails, earth work excavation and refilling & including the cost of all materials etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 8 way single pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure distribution board with double door (metal) 1 No. 32A DP MCB as incoming and 6 Nos. 6A to 32A SPMCB outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection only. The MCB DB and MCB's should be with ISI mark (like standard make)

Supply and fixing of 7 segment 8 way 63A TPN MCB sheet steel distribution board (Higher end) with metal / acrylic door cover flush type /surface type fitted with busbars and neutral links with single / three phase MCB outgoings and separate 4 way provision for accommodating one no. 4 pole incoming MCB / Isolator and another separate 4 way provision for accommodating one no. 4 pole ELCB / RCD (totally 8 ways in one segment) (3x 6 ways in each segment) and separate provision for MCB / Isolators ( totally 18 nos.) for sub incomers in 3 segments with label holder and provision for taking up cable for size not less than 35 sq.mm. with the following in flush with wall with earth connection only.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC Concelaed light point / Fan point (For Electronic regulator).

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 x 100 x 113 mm TW switch box with 3mm hylum sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.

Supply and run off 2 of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade with ISI mark confirming to IS:694/1990 with continious earth connection by means of 1.50 sqm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable confirming to IS:694/1990 in suitable PVC rigid pipe 1.8mm thick concealed in wall for mains including the cost of PVC pipes and specials, cables, cement, brass screws, T.W plugs, saddles and labour etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departemental officers.

Supply and run off 2 of 2.50sqm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade with ISI mark confirming to IS:694/1990 with continuous earth connection by means of 1.50 sqm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable confirming to IS:694/1990 in suitable PVC rigid pipe 1.8mm thick concealed in wall for mains including the cost of PVC pipes and specials, cables, cement, brass screws, T.W plugs, saddles and labour etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1 m down rod with fan clamp, side plates and cross arm of size departmental officers. (SD 106)(18") etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 450mm (18") sweep AC wall mounting fan suitable to operate at single phase 230v A.C. supply, 3 levels of speed control, 1300 RPM and energy efficient. complete ( Higher end) with mounting pipe with fixing clamp, and wiring to the nearby by point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS , PVC insulated copper wires, including necessary accessories and hardware's as required.

Supply and fixing of 18W LED square type surface mounted fitting with LED (Higher end) on surface with suitable fixing plug and screw with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting including cost of all materials , labour, lead lift etc., complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 W LED FLOOD LIGHT FITTING with cool day light suitable for wall / roof sheet mounting, made out CRCA powder coated body,IP65 aluminium reflectors, poly methyl meth acrylate (PMMA) diffuser, glare free light, including electronic drivers, day light colour LED lamps, inter connecting wiring with suitable fixing clams, hooks as required including accessories all inclusive.

Supply and fixing of 1 no.16A two module socket , 1 no. 16A one module switch with module cover plate (plastic) on suitable module concealed Box (GI ) in flush with wall with connections. Scope cover wall cutting , grouting , flushing and making good on the wall. Higher End.-

LIGHTING ROD Supply of Early Streamer Emission Air Terminal (ESEAT). The ESEAT has corrosion resistant stainless chrome body made up of AISI 316 grade of height 0.50 metres capable of working in hazardous atmosphere. The Air terminal is non-radioactive and requires no special licensing. The unit is fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply is required ), collects energy from the ambient electric field. The ESEAT model has been tested in a high voltage laboratory in accordance with NFC 17 102 in order to measure the average gain in triggering. The average gain in triggering time (ΔTs) obtained during the lab test for the offered model is 60 μs. The ESEAT works on negative as well as positively polarized discharges. ESEAT has been tested for such discharges in Central Power Research Institute (CPRI).
