Material and labour to carry out comprehensive maintenance of Fire Alarm System with complete T&P including maintenance of Fire Alarm Panels- 7 No, smoke cum heat detectors, Response Indicator, Manual call points, Hooters, cabling, PA system, periodical cleaning/ servicing of smoke detectors and all accessories related to the fire alarm system including cost of T&P & qualified staff to attend the complaints on urgent/immediate basis including Sunday and holiday all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Rate for replacement of any items shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Contractor should clean the smoke and heat detectors atlest on regular month basis. 3. Contractor should facilitate the demo of complete fire fighting system on monthly basis.

Material and labour for replacement of branch pipe gun metal 63 mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, with 15 mm bore nozzle long all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for carrying out annual maintenance contract for one year of UV based water purifier make Aqua guard classic model by replacement of pre filter candle sleek and carbon block twice in a year and servicing twice after regular intervals, including the replacement of circuit board and any other part as required at site to make the Aqua guard functional throughout the year. Note: Servicing and replacement of parts will be carried out by authorised service representative of Eureka Forbes.

Material and labour for strip opening of the Primary Chamber and removal of the ashes or any dust material from inside with restoring of all calicum silicate insulation and welding of steel plates and its bracing and stiffening , complete repair to the refractory lining of the chamber and providing of ceramic wool for flanges and expansion joints, settings of dismantled insulation bricks and providing heat resistant aluminium painting complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance including preventive and periodical maintenance of installed lift -06 Nos of capacity 15 passengers (1020 kgs) with speed of 0.40 m/s to 0.5 m/s in reliable, safe, efficient operating condition through authorised OEM or their accredited/ authorised agencies by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the eqpt and carrying out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using technician and expertise and replacement of all unserviceable as per OEM term & condition and schedule of maintenece provided by the OEM including machine and belt.

Repairs to door shutters of out door/indoor LT switch board Panel,MCCB,s covers,Bus bar chamber covers etc fabricated with MS sheet 3.15mm thick complete including cutting to required size and shape fixing in position by bending, welding all as required for proper functioning of LT panel shutters including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of chimney 30 mtr long and its ladder of existing oil fired incineretor by synthetic enameled paint in existing colour (yellow and aluminium) including welding of ladder all as spoecified and directed.

M&L for descaling of steam boiler of cap 600 Kgs by descaling media SRI-S2 Liquid Boiler Descaling Chemical, standard grade or by Liquid Sulfamic Descalant all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of fully automatic 3 phase 30 HP submersibe pump star delts starter with inbuilt WLC and SPPR suitable for wall mounting including necessary electrical connection from existing motor-pump all as sepcified and directed. Make L&T Cat No. CS91039COGO or equivalent in C&S, Hegar.
