M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer premium quality on wall/ceiling surface including applying 1-2mm thick wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation of any reason, sand papering thus make surface smooth upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Each stage of complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces after applying putty shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge in stage passing register before applying the finishes coat. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicators of manufacturer.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/ceiling including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot, filling cracks/holes with putty and applying one coat of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface plain/kerb stone moulded over 10cm width or girth by cleaning, brushing etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, precast concrete articles etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and ,complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for half brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick,concrete or stone surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers (10+5) mm in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement), top layer shall be with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer premium quality complete all as specified

Uprooting completely tree/plant upto 30 cm girth from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings, making good the disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 to match with existing surfaces and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) 25 mm thick as in sub base of flooring/tiles etc complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for bedding of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on vertical surfaces for backing of tiles complete all as specifed.

M&L for joint free Non- skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but n.exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors/shirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

M&L joint free Glazed ceramic coloured/ printed tiles in vertical surface of size 350x 250 x 6-7mm/450x 300 x 6-7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match on walls as in dado/ skirting etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 with )using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for 22-25 mm thick chequered designer coloured tiles (matt/glass finish), size, colour and shape as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching, gola, slightly rounded and similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in Hardstanding including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green etc complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A'. Complete all as speicified.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame , set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel Plates (plain or Chequered) channels, square cut or notched, forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe 410-S complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or steel gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Taking down barbed wire fencing of any description and in any position fixed to RCC/steel posts complete all as specified (each row shall be measured separately)

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc comlete all as specified (each line wire to be measured).

Taking down concertina coil of any description and in any position fixed to RCC/steel posts complete all as specified

M&L for prepration of new Steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scrapping by steel scrappers etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified .

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe and single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm bore.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal 110mm bore with access door.

M&L Taking down existing Steel Rolling Shutter including Hood Cover, Pull and Push type, area not exc. 8.0 Sqm Each, Sides of clear Opening and Cleaning the Side of Shutter Suspension Shafts, Anti-guide Channels and Greasing all the Moving Parts of the Rolling Shutter and straightening Rolling Shafts and replacement of Bolts, Nut, etc. as required for Smooth Functioning of Shutter and Re-fixing the same including Hood Cover, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with selftapping screws as specified & directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or escription) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass 4 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads complete all as specified.

S&F Powder coated Aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with or more rebates incl. jointing cleat for fixing etc. Complete all as specified.

S&F powder coated anodized aluminum door shutters, aluminum section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing handles 2 Nos in each door,100 mm long hinges (3 Nos), anodized aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed/side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing each pane fixed with including neopune rubber gasket in aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over, upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams and similiar works etc complete all as specified and directed.
