Providing and fixing in position moulded cement concrete block(Kerb) of approved brand of size300mmx450mmx100mm in proper level and grade on footpath edge etc. as directed by the department.

Providing temporary bamboo barricades for Protection purpose with bamboo post of height 2.00m above the footpath at an interval of 1.5mm C/C fixing of bottom support having 2.00m length at an interval of 1.5m C/C tied with jati bamboo horizontally in 3 rows at an interval of 0.90m C/C with carriage of materials from the work site as and directed by the deptt.(after completion of work the contractor is allowed to collect and clearing the unserviceable bamboo from the site and salvage value from the auctioned of the materials is deducted from this rate.)

Weep Hole Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 V:20 H towards drain face. Complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Provided and fixing moulded cement concrete block of , base width-15cm , height- 55 cm, fixing in proper position in road central verge with proper level and grade as directed by the deptt.

a) Planting Permanent Hedges including Digging of Trenches (Planting permanent hedges including digging of trenches, 60 cm wide and 45 cm deep, refilling the excavated earth mixed with farmyard manure, supplied at the rate of 4.65 cum per 100 metres and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30cm apart

b. Maintenance of hedge for 1 year

Providing polished tiles of approved quality, size, shape of specified thickness on pavers over a base of 100mm compacted sand gravel including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey / Sika / Pedelite / Rouf) /white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department).

Supplying, fitting and fixing ornametal grill on Footpath edge with specified steel section as per drawing and technical specification with all materials and labours etc. Complete as directed by the Deptt.

Providing and fixing in position Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) manhole slab from the approved manufacturer as per Drawing & Technical Specification and as directed by the Deptt. a) FRP manhole cover of size 1.80x0.50x0.075 m

Cleaning and de-silting of road side drains / cross drains etc. by mechanical means with adequate road safety measures by providing caution boards / safety ribbons /proper barricading where necessary / proper lighting if necessary etc. without damaging the foot paths / slabs / road surfaces etc including immediate disposal of the semi liquid / silt / garbage/Floating materials/ Polythin etc. taken out from the drains/ culverts etc. upto a lead of 20.00 KM from the site within 24 hours as directed keeping the road surface / footpath etc. clean and as directed by the department . De-siltation work will have to be carried out as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Measurement shall be taken on inside of the drain wall )

Restoration of road damaged during construction / renovation of drain and Footpath etc. by providing GSB of 150 mm thick, WBM with gr. III metal of 75 mm thick and ICBP of 80 mm thick as per technical specification as directed with a av. width 1.30 m as per drawing and specification as directed.

Providing fitting and fixing removable iron slab at approach roads with RSJ of size 200x100mm @ 500mm C/C with MS channel of size 150x76x5.5mm and welded etc.. with necessary lifting arrangement etc. as per drawing and technical specification.

Applying one self-priming coat of acrylic emulsion coating of Unicem "Rakshak" brand by thinning 1ltrs of paints with 1ltrs of water over freshly plastered wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.

Extra over item above for every subsequent coat of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem 'Rakshak' brand of required shade.

Painting on Steel Surfaces (Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Providing and erecting Median Markers which shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-moulded, thermoplastic body with an isosceles trapezoid structure of length, width and height not less than 15cm, 10cm and 10cm respectively and thickness shall not be less than 1.8 mm. The palstic used for moulding the Median Marker shall have a minimum etc.... and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage etc. from the manufacturer.

Providing and fixing special adjustable lockbars of mild steel E-250 to support the temporary plywood for work between joists during construction as per design & directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering with 12mm thick shuttering plywood confirming to IS 4990:2011 and removal of form at all heights. Plywood will be supported on lock bars. Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Providing and fixing roofing consist of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistance White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm).Thickness = 1.5 mm thick
