Supplying and erecting 25 m (clear height) High Mast (Top-150mm,Bottom- 540mm) 1 with lowering and raising motorized unit, lantern carriage assembly suitable for max. 12 nos. luminaries and its control gear box, lightning finial arrangement for fixing aviation light and foundation bolts on provided foundation as per specification(excluding luminaries).

Making M-20 cement concrete foundation by considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq. m at 2 m depth including excavation and fixing provided nut bolts with the help of template, duly plastered as per design complete (for 25 m raising lowering high mast).

Supplying and erecting Outdoor Stand Mounted Feeder Pillar for high mast of the same manufacturer with 63A TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer switch, 45A TP contactor for 3 automatic switching of luminaries, 2 no's 9A contactors and raise/lower push button, and provision for termination of adequate size of incoming and outgoing cables erected in min. 14 SWG CRCA sheet box powder coated with supporting angles, self-lock, gasket and slanting top erected with CC foundation complete.

Supply and laying of 50mm HDPE Pipe, Material grade PE:100, PN:20, Conforming to IS 4984:2016.

Supply and laying of 75 mm HDPE pipe, material grade PE:100, PN:8, Conforming to IS 4984:2016.

Cable trench by horizontal drilling and supply & laying of cable in HDPE pipe as per specification.

Provision of maintenance free earthing as per RDSO specification no. RDSO/PE/ SPEC/ PS/0109- 008(REV'0') complete.

Supply and laying of GI earthing strip, 25 x 4 mm with PVC sleeve -The price shall 13 cover for supply and laying of G.I. earthing strip of 25 x4 mm size covered with black coloured PVC sleeve of superior quality from earth pit to control/distribution panel board. The earthing strip when laid on wall shall be fixed by means of suitable size of GI clamps and screws.

Provision of Pole mounting type MS junction box size 300 x 200 x 125 mm deep, shall be double doors, outdoor type, weather proof with degree of protection no less than IP54 and 14 conforming to IS:8623 & IS:13032, suitable for operation on single phase, 230 volts Ac 50 Hz supply system. The junction Board shall be manufactured with CRCA sheet steel 1:6 mm thick, duly powder coated and complete with 4 pole termination arrangement and earthing studs etc. Outer door shall be hinged on top in vertical formation,with provision of holding arrangement horizontally. The front cover of the junction box shall be provided with a lock which can be opened with a special key.

SETC of MDB outdoor type consisting of 1x63 A FP MCCB for incoming with 3 phase and neutral copper bus bar of suitable size and 2x32 A FP MCB, 2x25A FP MCB for outgoing complete as per specification.
