Earth work in excavation in trench for foundation in ordinary soil i/c lift upto 1.50 mtr. & lead upto 50.00 mtr and dressing of sides and ramming of botton and disposal of surplus excavated eath as directed bu the E/I within a distance of 50 m. (as per Sl No. 251)

Sand filling in plinth excluding supply of necesary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 k. From the site of work and including watering ramming, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pitswall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external perimer of binding expansion joints, surroundings of pipes and conduit etc. complete (Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measuredas per I.S. 6313 (Part II 1981) Aldrine emulsifiable concentrate or any approved material such as Hepthachlor or chlordance will be used. The rateof applications of chemical emulsion shall be as Follow :-

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 of not less than strength of M-150 stone ballas (20 mm nominal size 2 approved coarse and : 1 cement and curing complete, including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

R.C.C. work with cement approved course sand and 2 cm {3/4"} guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1:5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all meterials, labours and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item. As per SOR Sl No. 284b

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of he work and including supply of all steel and wastages and over lapping and hookes. As per SOR Sl. No. 504

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

First class bricks work in 1.4 in cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth and wall including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SOR Sl. No. 305b
