Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : 9.28.5 Second class Kail wood. incl carriage all complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 11.3.3 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. incl carriage of material all complete.

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Incl carriage all complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer. Incl carriage all complete.

Applying priming coat: 13.58.1 With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Floor painting with floor enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on new work Two or more coats.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch modular plate suitable G.I Box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVS insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required (GROUP C)
