Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each as doors, windows & ventilators etc. and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each and removal complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brickwork built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (10mm thick rendering in first layer and 5 mm thick rendering in second layer)on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.
