Supply , Testing Commissioning and Handing over of 1 No 100 KVA Diesel Generator set of 0.8 P.F. Three phase 415V/ 420 Volts, 50Hz, 1500 RPM CPCB Approved capacity comprissing of Kirloskar Engine model 6R 1080TA developing 154 BHP water cooled clock wise rotating feed pump with 100KW/ 100KVA operating capacity brushless alternator close coupled underneath fuel tank standard safeties LLOP with stop solenoid battery with lead Electric start and vibration fitting and accessories and AMF panel as detailed below including transporting & unloading charges. (A) Engine: Water cooled diesel engine suitable for Generator application with a shaft out put of 154BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions. The Engine shall comprise the following standard fitting flexible coupling fly wheel, ai cleaner, fan blower, radiator, water pump, fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, etc.(B) 12/24 Volt Electronic starting Equipment: Complete with starter motor, dynamo, standard batteries with cable, flexible exhaust piping of 50cms length. (C) ENGINE INSTURMEN PANEL / MOUNTED:Starting push botton / starting key, lubricating oil, temperature gauge, lubricating oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, safety control for low lubricating oil, pressure, safety control for high water temperature, safety control for over speed, hour meter (mechnical ) and RPM indicator, battery charging ammeter. The engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continuous at full load. (D)ALTERNATOR: 100KVA/100KW Capacity of brushless alternator, AC 3 phase, 50Hz, 415/420V, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM under NTP conditions, conforming to IS:13364 (Part-II)/ 1992 to be means of coupling.

E.FUEL TANK : Fuel tank of 200 litres capacity and with inlet and outlet connections, level indicator with scale etc. F.BASE FRAME: Base frame should be fabricated with MS channel frame of rigidly welded construction for mounting of generaor set. The engine and alternator should be coupled by suitably designed diaphragm type flexible coupling with guard and mounted on the base frame wih proper alignment. (G)ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The Acoustic enclosure, Self standing weather proof KG- CPCB Typed Acoustic canopy KG 125WS floor mounting type with modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily and designed to suit all weather condtions. Erection of acoustic enclosure suitable for 100KVA Diesel generator complete with all accessories as above and suitable supports etc. 1. Supply of manuals for operation & maintenance of DG set with warranty card etc.

Renewal by Supply and frxing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2x120 sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection

Renewal by Supply and clarnping of 3-1/2 x 120 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS Clamps.

Renewal by Supply and laying of 3-1/2 x 120 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15 mt. Layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good.

Renewal by Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2x120sq.mm. PVC LTUG aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection complete

Renewal by Supply and run of 25mm x 3mm tinned copper flat with necessary clamps/ supports on wall/ floor/ ground for earth connection.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry
