Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sq. m on plan), including dressing of sides & remaining of bottoms , lift upto 1.5 m , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.

Providing and fixing welded wire mesh fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of M.S. wire of dia 2 mm including stengthening with nuts, bolts and washers as required over and including priming coat complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Circular tank

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes (Medium) complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c trenching and refilling.
