Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable and water supply / sewage pipe line etc. in soft / loose soil & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15 mm bore bib tap, cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15mm bore stop valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated multistandard unsheathed copper conductor cable with colour coding drawn in and including concealed PVC rigid conduit medium grade 20mm dia with accessories such as pipe hooks, elbows, junction box, terminated in existing sunken box and covered with new 3mm thick bakelite plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed flush with wall using brass screws & cup washers including cutting chases in wall for conduits and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall and including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unshethed multistandard copper conductor wire as earth continuity to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light point, fan point, bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Make of cable : Havells / Finolex / L&T or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after. Make of Conduit :- Polycab / Kalinga / Finolex or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after.

All as per Srl item No. 7 here-in-before but wiring with cable of cross sectional area 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi-stranded copper conductor FRLSH, PVC unsheathed cable 1100 Volts shade for one switch socket combination 6 pin, 5/15 Amps on independent board including 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistandard unsheathed copper conductor wire as earth continuity to common earth dolly.

S&F switch piano flush button 5 Amps single pole, one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 65mmx50mm with two or three terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MCB 6 to 32 Amps, Single Pole 240 Volts, 10 KA, ‘C’ Curve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Legrand Cat Part No 408587 to 408595 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after.

S&F sheet metal plug & socket DB, SP, with a two pin and earth plug with socket, 230 Volts with & including one MCB SP ‘C’ Curve 10 kA, 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make of DB :- Legrand Cat part No 507811 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after. Make of MCB :- Legrand Cat Part No 408593 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sq mm 2 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

S&F electric water heater, storage type steel body with stainless steel inner tank and heating element upto 2KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc including grouting 4 Nos bolts in PCC (1:2:4) block in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces matching with existing including making connection to elerctric supply complete all as specified and directed by the engr-in-charge.

S&F exhaust fan 300 mm sweep,900 RPM trans air, with louver shutter, double ball bearing copper wound , steel body suitable for operation on 230 volts, single phase , AC and connecting up including 2 core,1.0 sqmm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor flexible cable drawn in flexible conduit complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :- Havells Model No Terbo Jet SP or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after.

M&L for dry sand (Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: - For payment purpose thickness after punning shall be measured.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, length of bricks across the route of underground cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches / under road / drains, fixed to poles / walls with required numbers of clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Cost of flat iron clamp if required is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for make opening for exhaust fan of in brick walls built in cement mortar and making good disturbed portion as per existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
