N.B:
1. Format-A: , The bidders have to quote and upload the price break up of all the reagents required per test for all the tests as asked in the technical specification as well as mentioned in Format-A which shall be taken into account for financial evaluation separately, i.e. the price should not be included in Col.3 of this BoQ.
2.The bidders have to upload the unit price breakup of the basic equipment alongwith accessories (excluding spare parts) in Format B where the Cost quoted in Col. 3 of Price BoQ must be same as that of the Total cost quoted in Format B only excluding GST.
3. The bidders have to upload the cost of spare parts in Format C of the separate price bid format in PDF attached in the e-tender portal for this tender reference no. | - | per No. | - | - |
