Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.01 Herein before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Taking down under ground 1.1 KV (E) Grade LT cable of size upto 10 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3.5/4 Core from pole/trenches/walls / ducts etc., for carrying out repairs , relaying, rerouting, laying back through same / different route after carrying out repair / issue under schedule of credit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Supply laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated screened beded,galvanized steel trip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade wiyh stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3,1/2 core. Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as diercted.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size upto 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed. The cable fault location digghing,removing, and after cable joint kit fixing returning rate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.Make: M-seal,denson.

Supply and lay in replacement trenches / along the wall / floor / on poles / pillars / for road / Nallah crossing, pipes GI light grade of size 100 mm dia with and including all fittings and accessories complete including taking down the old unsv all as specified and and directed for cable protection

Cutting and filling with PCC (1:3:6) in bituminus road/hard surface as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system.

M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.’25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth plate using galvanised iron strip 25×4 mm as earthing lead by means of suitable size of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers all as specified in electrical plate SSR Part I including necessary .Exc & earth work, providing charcoal and salt dust layers and construction of PCC pit in 1:3:6 using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate, precast RCC 40 mm thick cover in 1:2:4 type B 1 with 12 mm dia steel MS plain bar, lifting handle GI pipe of 50 mm bore for earth lead protection andGI pipe 15 mm dia for watering, with funnel and wire mesh including testing on completion.

Renewal/ Repairs to LT Panel Board of any size complete as mentioned below:- (I) Repair/ replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment (ii) Taking down existing bus bars cleaning with CTC applying with becktol red solution, providing bus bar insulation and refixing with new s/s nuts, bolts, washers etc. (iii) Replacement of damaged copper flexible cable and fixing new copper flexible cable of suitable size for incoming and out going connections of each MCCB terminals to bus bars. (iv) Replacement of damaged/ worn out/ loose connections/ cable lugs for incoming & outgoing cables. (v) Replacement of u/s CT's, ammeters, Volt meters, Indication Lamps (01 Set each) including provision of new wiring for the same. Note : Ammeters and CT's shall be wired with 2.5 sqmm copper wire. (vi) Replacement of neoprene gasket for all doors of panel board. Note : i) Cost for replacement of spares are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. ii) The rate shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket with painting to all doors including raising of foundation to 0.3 M height etc. iii) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, Repairs to ACB's not included in the scope of work.

S&F in replacement of ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, with Thermal Magnetic Release (Manual Fixed type) of capacity 800 Amps Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for defect rectification HT/LT cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including and additional excavation in normal alluvial strata required for exposing the cable fault ; removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 300 Sq mm 3 core & LT cable of size upto 240 Sqmm. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge as specified. NOTE : The cable fault location digghing,removing, and after cable joint kit fixing returning rate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S & F in replacement of Outdoor Type, weather and vermin proof Bus bar panel made out of 3 mm thick stainless steel sheet including incoming four pole 160 Amps MCCB and out going 63Amp-01 nos and 32Amp -01 nos MCCB 415 Volts 50 Hz with front opening and locking arrangement, 400 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar for phase, 3 No's and 1 No 400 Amp bus bar for neutral, mounted on epoxy insulator including neccessary copper control wiring, heat shrinkable, RYB coloured sleeves over bus bar for identification, RYB led lamp indicatore for 3Phase,earth shields, circular holes at bottom / top to receive incoming and outgoing cable, cable lugs, cable gland of sizes as required floor mounting angle iron frame made out mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm grouted on PCC (1:3:6) upto 45 CM above from GL, required height, indicator lamp and multifunction meter visible from out side panel and existing panel dismantling with conected accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .
