Dismantling of Roof tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster(screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer'sinstructions,finished even & smooth without using extra cement complet all as specified and directed. Note- Supply only integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in CM. all as specified.

Dimantling pipes of any desc.fixed to wall or laid under floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl. raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work or stone patti ceiling laid flat in lime concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,nexc 500 ltrs cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning , float valve if reqd

Roughing surfaces of old conc surfaces by picking up , sweeping,cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm including 15 mm thickscreeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separatley)

M&L repair of cracks, corner with cement mixed with water proofing compound in the ratio of 1:1. Water proofing compound . (Dr Fixit URP - 301)/Sikka/Forsoc)

M&L applying two coats pidifin coat including mixing of liquid agent and dry powder . (Pidifin 2K no 112 ) on wall.( Dr Fixit /Sikka)

Dismantling of spall / loose concrete from soffits of RCC slab to any thickness in a controlled manner carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surfaces by air jet etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars with wire brush / rotary wire brush making the surface free from cement skin, loose particles, dirt, etc and applying rust remover ('Rustoff 100' of Sika / '8832 GM' of Pidilite or equivalent of Fosroc / Dr. Fixit) on the rebars and removing the loose rust particles after minimum 24 hours by wire brush, all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall including cornice, pilasters etc by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scaping sown smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing nails and filling small holes by putty and rubbing srface by sand paper to prepare the surface and applying and appyling one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
