Providing M.S. foot rests (Step) including fixing in manholes with 345x345x150 cement concrete blocks 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per standard design :With 20x20 mm square bar. D.S.R. 19.15.1

Providing and fixing 100 x 100 x100 mm single equal plain junction of required degree :Sand cost iron of 100 mm diameter. As per IS: 3989. D.S.R 17.44.1.1

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia Sand cast iron Pipe for in let and out let trap of self cleansing design with screwed down or hinged grating with or without vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors : As per D.S.R 17.60.1.2

1.19 Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) :

Dismantling brick work, stone work in lime or cement mortar including stacking of materials as directed by engineer in-charge within a distance of 60 m.
