Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate ) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as Rectangular columns, Top and bottom slabs of boxing, Sill slabs, Sunshades etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90x60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10x6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete as directed

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, one part of cement, one and half parts of sand , three parts of 20 mm hard blue granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced Cement Concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc., but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and formwork etc., complete complying with the relevant standard specifications at all leads inside the building.

Filling with basement with well gravel in layers well rammed, watered and consolidated, complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Brickwork in cemen tmortar 1:5mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4"x41/4"x 23/4") including cost of materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification - 1

Supply and fixing of RCC Ornamental Jolly as per direction of departmental officers etc,complete

Supply and fixing of ROLLING SHUTTERS (WITH ISI MONOGRAM):Supply and erecting of Gear type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheets. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc.,

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make colour water closet of size in 580x440mm weight glassed earthan ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position leveling complete with necessary connection as per standard specification

Special ceiling Plastering and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Dadooing the walls with colour colour glazed tiles of best approved quality ion cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand) and pointing with the same colour cement neatly to full depth of tiles in all floors as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specification. The colour of the tiles should be got approved by the Departmental officers before execution.

FLOORING with scratch proof CERAMIC TILES of approved quality and colour of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointed with same color cement added.

Supply and Fixing of M.S. Door using all round 25x25x6 mm thick cross bracing 20x6 mm M.S. Flats and M.S. sheet 18g with necessary locking arrangements including one coat of Red oxide paint

Painting with Enamel paint of approved colour and quality over new iron work for doors, windows, grills, weldmesh, screen etc., as per the direction of the departmental ooficers Etc., Complete.

Painting with Emulsion paint two coats along with base coats of approved quality (ISI standard) paint as per the standard specification (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work).

PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with Module GI switch box in flush with wall with 6A one way module switch with module front plate with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for Concealed PVC Light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)
