Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of the area cleared.

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Fine dressing of the ground.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ration of 2:1 by volume ( part of stacked volume of earth afte reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8% ) follding with water dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)

Holes 60cm dia, and 60cm deep

Holes 45cm dia and 45cm deep

Supply & planting of plants common varieties as required by engineering incharge in 5 kg poly bags or Earthen pots ( Not below than 8-10 ) well branched and fully foliage branching dia 0.75 to 1.00mtr. Free from disease at site i/c stacking with bamboos Pocket7B= Chakresia, Kachnar, Pocket7C= Molshree, amaltash Pocket7D=Silverok casia nodosa Pocket7E=kanakchampa, kachnar (as directed by E/I)

Supply & planting of shrubs plants height 2-2.5 feet as required by engineering incharge in 6x8 polythene bags or earthen pot fully foliage and well branched free from disease. Pocket7B= Ticoma Gauri chaudi Pocket7C= Chandni Pocket7D=Calendra Pocket7E=Sawani (as directed by E/I)

Supplying of chlorpyriphos 20% E.C/ Lindane 20% E.C for anti termite treatment of plants @ 2ml./plant and in the interval 1 month up to one year i.e, 12 times in a year hence it comes 24ml/plant or 0.024ltr/plant.

Supply and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including roylty and carriagge up to 5km lead complete. ( Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment)

Supply of Gypsm well packed at site in bags.

Complete maintenance of trees on road side plantation (RSP) ( Out side garden features ), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/ articles shall be provided by the contractor )and as per direction of officer in charge.

(i) trees (up to 4 & up to 3 year slow & Fast growing group)

Complete maintenance of shrubs on RSP (Out side garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering , weeding pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T& P material / articles shall be provided by the contractor ) and as per diection of officer in charge. Complete maintenance in green belt (out side garden )

(i) shrubs (up to 4 & up to 3 year slow & Fast growing group)

Providing and watering for irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work . Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer in charge. (Rate analysed as per DSR-18 on actual observation )

(i) trees (up to 4 & up to 3 year slow & Fast growing group)

ii) watring of one year to than years plants (For shrubs)
