Renovation/strengthening of 100 mm dia effluent line at Sundial Park connected to 1500 mm dia rising main of EPH Okhla by carrying out following works: Supply of CI Sluice valve 100 mm dia, Non rising spindle type, double flanged at site of work as per IS 14846, PN 1.0. MAKE:IVC/KBL/any DJB approved

Providing 100 mm dia Mild Steel pipe of minimum 4.5 mm thickness

Fabrication & Supply of 100 mm dia MS flange of 16 mm thickness as per site of work

Supply of 100 mm dia MS 90 degree bend plain end

Hiring of JCB with fuel, operator & helper for excavation of earth & other related works as required at site, refilling the pit after completion of work. (Basic Rate 020 DSR -18 Excluding GST)

Hiring of anti polluting, noiseless compact D.G. set of minimum 62 KVA capacity as per site requirement with diesel & transportation complete at site of work.

Pumping out water caused contained by 1500 mm dia rising main by suitable capacity submersible pump sets and cleaning the site by removing the silt, mud etc as per site requirement

Dismantling the old out of order sluice valve, 100 mm dia damaged M.S. pipe with the help of gas cutter, tools and tackles and machinery etc as required at site and transportation of all the old materials to the plant/pump house/store of old materials

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during work at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. (16.81 DSR-18 Excluding GST)

Lighting arrangement at site of work for safe working men and materials as per site requirement.

Safety arrangement like Air Face Mask, Air Line, Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Safety Belts, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Caution Tape, Barrier Cone, Litmus Paper, Torch, etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working.

Fixing of 100 mm dia Sluice Valves, MS Flanges, MS Pipe with the help of labour like fitter, welder, cutter, helper, beldar, chowkidar, supervisor, and electrician, material like cutter set, oxygen cylinder, LPG cylinder, welding set, welding rod, nut bolt with washer, packing sheet etc along with T&P and transportation of men and material complete arranged at site of work.

Repairing of chamber as per site requirement by civil work such as brick work, plaster, concrete etc as per site requirement.

Making way to reach the site as per site requirement.

Testing and commissioning of complete arrangement/systems like pipes, bends, valves etc. at No load and full load upto the complete satisfaction of engineer-in charge.
