Operation and maintenance of 132/33 KV sub station Sadat under Electricity. Trans. Division-Ghazipur. The job includes the following works.

Operation Of Sub Station

Operation of 132/33 KV Sub Station Sadat round the clock in 3 shift of 8 hrs each shift comprising I.T.I. in electrical trade as T.G.-II, SSO with knowledge of computer application and skilled helper by due operation of substation equipments including, etc as per standard practice of UPPTCL and instruction of AE/JE and CLDS/ALDS along with recording of operational activities, system information/data, message etc, for the period of 01 year with cost of men required for the job (01 Job for 01 month)

Maintenance of Sub Station

Preventive, routine & General/ Normal break down maintenance of conductors/ Transformers/ switchyard equipments, C&R panels, RTCC panel, ACDB/DCDB, Battery sets (110 volt), D.G. set, Air conditioners system, lighting system (Road, switchyard, control room & BCU) round the clock and or as and required by a team comprising experienced technical person (01 No.TG2 as supervisor, 01 No lineman / technician, 02 No. skilled helper and 0.6 No. General cleaning helper) as per standard practice of UPPTCL and instruction of AE/JE for the period of 01 year with cost of men, misc consumables T&P etc. required for the Job except the spare/Items/materials/equipments which shall be provided as required for completion of job.

Regular maintenance of lawn/garden & flower vases including proper cutting of grass hedges, plants/trees, seasonal flowers etc along with maintenance of tree/plant/hedges along the roads between main gate to control room/store at substation to keep them healthy & green including replacement of dried plants, grass seasonal flowers etc. for period for one year with all cost of man and material T&P etc. required for completion of job.

Cleaning and grass cutting of switchyard (approx 12000 SqM.) by scraping of grass, bush wood, shrubs & plants etc weeding out of wild growth roots, seeds etc. including of small wild trees if any at sub stations premises and disposal of all the remove vegetation, rubbish & garbage etc. by throwing it outside of substation boundary 04 times in year (every grass cutting will be after three month of previous cutting) & 01 time chemical spray with all cost of man, consumables, T &P etc. required for completion of job.

Cleaning of Cable trench in 132 /33 KV switchyard.

Maintenance of Air conditioning system & sump house so that it remain in operating condition . Maintenance of cooling fan including repairing and rewinding of cooling fan of transformer.
