81267/E8 SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF BER/OLD VINTAGE OIL FIRED INCINERATOR AT INHS DHANVANTARI UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE MINNIEBAY, SRI VIJAYA PURAM.

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of oil fired incinerator having 20 kg/Hr burning capacity orizontal/ vertical type comprising of primary chamber, secondary chamber, designed on "controlled air" incineration principle and provided with minimum of 115mm thick refractory and insulation bricks conforming to IS:8-1994 and IS:2042-2006 to sustain minimum temperature of 1000 degree centigrade in the primary chamber and 1200 degree centigrade in secondary chamber, one fully automatic pressure jet type burner for each chamber, chamber made of mild steel plate of adequate thickness (minimum 5mm thick), 30 metre high chimney, exhaust system, high pressure ventury scrubber, PLC based control panel, droplet separator etc including all other accessories and piping, equipments and civil works required for installation of incinerator chimney complete all as specified and directed including following :-

(a) Fuel tank suitably fabricated out of mild steel, provided with connection for supply, return, drain & vis checking of quantity of fuel in tank. (b) An emergency stack to vent out the gases in case of power failure. (c) Circulation pump, recirculation tank inter connection piping, ID fan, FD fan , instruments, valves, dampers & fittings etc. (d) Electrical control panel with all electrial power, earth & control cabling. (e) The designing of fire incinerator shall be confirming to the latest standards of BMW rules, issued by Govt of lndia, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate change. (f) The quoted rates deemed inclusive of necessary PCC foundation work, repair to flooring any other civil works all as per recommendations and requirement of OEM for erection and installation of incinerator.

Taking down existing fire incinerator along with chimney and shifting to the MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

S&F continuous emission monitoring system for CO, CO2 & O2 of Oil fired incinerator complete all as specified and directed. Note: The system shall be compatible to OEM of incinerator, IOT based with online monitoring system and shall be OEM approved make only.
