Supply and fix in repairs PVC drain pipe 25mm bore as out let drain, fixed to wall with necessary saddles or laid under floor complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable condenser-coil fan motor with blade assembly and supplying & fixing new condenser-coil fan motor with blade suitable for cold room outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable cooling-coil fan motor with blade assembly and supplying & fixing new cooling-coil fan motor with blade suitable for cold room indoor unit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable condenser and supplying & fixing new condenser made of copper tubes and aluminium fins suitable for cold room / cool room / ductable AC including gas charging, leak testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing compressor oil at site after draining old oil, flushing compressor chamber and refilling to required level suitable for cooling equipment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charge fresh R-22 Mafron refrigerant gas as required for cool room / cold storage / mortuary / deep freezer cabinets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation of cable tray 300 mm wide with 50 mm collar height, 16 SWG thickness, with cover, suitable for laying refrigerant pipes and power/control cables including supports, clamps, rods, bolts, nuts, washers and fasteners complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling of refrigerant gas R-32 complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in repair galvanised steel wire netting, 24 gauge, fixed with tinned tacks / staples, mesh size 12 mm, laid over entire duct insulation with 50 mm overlap to prevent rat bites complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling of refrigerant gas R-410A complete all as specified.

Supply, filling, testing and commissioning of refrigerant gas R-404A / R-407A complete all as specified.

Taking down the defective compressor unit of ductable AC by dismantling the unserviceable compressor from the composite unit through cutting of copper tubing and electrical connections, and supplying and installing a new compressor of the same type and of 5.5-ton capacity (Make: Emerson, Danfoss, Kirloskar, Carrier Aircon, or Blue Star as applicable). The work includes bracing, vacuuming, gas charging, leak testing, and fully testing the system at the required design temperature, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs including testing of pressure gauge suitable for chilled water pipe lines in AHU including all accessories complete all as specified.

All as per Item No.110 above, but for compressor capacity of 8.5 TR.

Supply and fix in repairs a sub-zero controller with relay, having frontal IP65 rating, 230VAC, 2.8VA maximum input, suitable for cold room or ductable AC installations. The controller shall operate within the temperature range of 0°C to +60°C and shall be fixed to wall or panel as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs a cold room temperature display panel of suitable rating, including a temperature sensor probe fixed or suspended inside the cold room, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and erect, in replacement, factory-fabricated rectangular or square ducting made from 24-gauge sheet steel in an L-shaped hollow profile, including all required accessories such as corners, carriage bolts, hangers, gaskets, and sealing of longitudinal joints with approved sealant, all complete as specified and directed.

Take out the old unserviceable AHU body and supply and fix a new factory-fabricated double-skinned powder-coated GI frame of 21-gauge thickness with 25 mm CFC PUF insulation, including all required door handles, corner supports, cutting, bending, welding/brazing, an

Material and labour for anodized aluminium frames for AHU panels with one or more rebates, including welding and jointing cleats, and dismantling the old anodized aluminium frames, all complete as directed.

Take down the old unserviceable fire damper and supply and fix a new fire damper made of 16-gauge GI sheet with fusible plug, of existing size, complete as specified.

Material and labour for rewinding a 5 HP, three-phase, 50 Hz, 415 V electric motor using super-enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge, including dismantling and re-assembling the motor in its original location, all complete as specified.

Material and labour for descaling and cleaning the coil section of any AHU/FCU by providing two 15 mm tee outlets for acid circulation using mild acid solution; maintaining pH using scalgum/clean-sol or equivalent; flushing with fresh water and sodium carbonate; clearing coil bins; and replacing canvas connection, all complete as specified.

Material and labour for steel structural fabrication of water trays, AHU bases, or AC supports using structural steel sections, including nuts, bolts, welding, bending, drilling, and one coat each of primer, undercoat, and finish paint, complete as specified.

Take down old unserviceable AHU cooling-coil drain pan and supply and fix a new drain pan fabricated from 1 mm thick SS-304 with differential slope to ensure proper drainage and prevent moisture migration, including cutting, welding, and brazing as required, complete as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs double groove V-belt pulley of various sizes including boring and making key slots as per site requirement and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling carefully complete AHU box panels aluminium structures including fine and pre filters, filter section, return and supply air handling ducts of motor blower including drum, structural steel supports, V belts, chilled water coil drain pan, pulley, cooling coil, inlet and outlet chilled water pipe line, butterfly valves, drain line, AHU drain pan, inlet and outlet canvas connection and reassembling carefully by replacing all old bearings of motor blowers, V groove pulley, canvas, belts, motor paddles all hardwares and reshape the pipe lines as per requirement all as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
