Rate Contract for Supply of Spare parts for Plasser make Track machines.

The tendered items are spares of Plasser India, Faridabad/Plasser & Theurer, Austria make Track Machines. The item shall be purchased from OEM or their authorised dealer with tender specific authorisation from OEM only. Firm quoting on behalf of OEM will have to submit Tender Specific Authorisation letter from OEM along with their offer.

EMD & SD : All bidders except those who are exempted from submitting EMD/SD as per para 5.0 & 6.0 of ECR Integrated Bid Document ver3.0 (copy attached), shall be required/shall agree to submit EMD/SD as per tender. Offers submitted by bidders without EMD who are not eligible for exemption shall be summarily rejected. Tenderers claiming exemption from submitting EMD/SD, shall be required to sign a bid securing declaration as per Annexure-A (copy enclosed).

EMD/SD is not exempted- If the tenderer participating in the tender is a trader/dealer/agent.

Offers from Authorized Dealers : Bidders participating as authorized dealer and their OEMs to please note and comply para 2.2.1 and para 2.2.2 of Integrated Bid Document ver. 3.0.

"The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their jurisdictional assessing officers (designation, address & e-mail ID)"

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The bidder should note that the Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only acceptable and taken for evaluation, such terms quoted anywhere else shall be ignored. Firms should quote technical and Commercial deviation only in the relevant para which will otherwise not be considered.
