M&L for cleaning of RCC OHT tank of capacity upto 50,000 Gallons at 18 to 25m staging by removing sludge mud or any other foreign material from the bottom and internal surface by wire/jute brushing, draw out the water mechanically with pump, and through outlet/washout pipes, High pressure cleaning & washing internally by using bleaching powder including plastering the inside rough surface of tank/sump using water chemical compound including drying of inside surface, marking the date of cleaning and capacity of tank, next cleaning due date etc with white paint on black background with following stages & sizes:- Note : Necessary safety equipment such as hand gloves, mask belt with rope and other safety items, any kind of risk during lifting of sludge will be solely responsibility of the contractor .Sludge mud removed from OHT shall be thrown away n.exc. 50mtr and clean surrounding area complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for replacement of stainless steel/Aluminium/PVC mesh of size 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm for air vent pipe and over flow pipe for UG sump including fixing the same by means of 25 x 3 mm flat iron clamp, nut, bolts with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for replacement of existing filter media consisting of gravel and sand in filter bed having filtration capacity 267800 GPH as per details given below at Main Filteration plant all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Removing the existing filter media consisting of gravels and sand, spreading and leveling out side for refilling, cleaning the surface, walls, bed sand Nozzles with wire brushes and cleaning the walls with bleaching powder solution, washing with fresh water and finally washing the complete filter bed twice with Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment etc complete in all respect, Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment, Vacuum cleaning etc complete. (b) Refilling the filter media in the filter bed, gravels (pebbles) removed from the existing filter media after the washing pebbles with 5%(Dil) Diluted Aquous solution of Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) and treatment with 10% (Dil) Diluted solution solution of NAOH (sodium Hydro Oxide) and laying and stacking in different layers into filter beds.

Supply and filling filter media conisting of screened graded sand on supporting gravel bed of size 0.5 to 1.5 mm to suit existing size and type complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying pebbles 06 mm in different sizes to suit existing size and type complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying pebbles 12 mm in different sizes to suit existing size and type complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying pebbles 20 mm in different sizes to suit existing size and type complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying pebbles 40 mm in different sizes to suit existing size and type complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

Servicing of knife edge gate valve with minor repair like inserting new GI pipe, gas ket and bearing work complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in replacement wiping sheet of good quality for clarifloculator of size 10 mm thick, 10 meter long, and one feet wide complete with ss nut-bolt, washers of size 16mm x 50mm.

Repair/maint of butterfly valve of 250-350 mm dia with all spare as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

S&F Mesh planet UV stabilished pigeon net size 10 X 6 feet (White clour)complete with all mounting and accessories including fixing of stainless steel/ solid PVC sheet frame complete around the chamber all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F mosquito mesh screen net mesh protactor for files abd bugs net size 1mtr x 3 fit complete with all mounting and accessories including fixing of stainless steel/ solid PVC sheet frame complete around the chamber complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel bird guard spikes with poly carbonate bore twin layer with silicon adhesive screw with wahser complete as per sample, including taking out old, complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of panels,pipe lines, railing etc and protect meters,switches,moving parts from painting and paint with spray gun with one coat of existing paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

M& L for repairs cleaning and maint of clariflouculator as per detail given below:- (a) Dewatering clariflouculator of 40.00 Lac ltrs with the help of pump complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge. (b) Removal of complete sludge and clearing inside side wall, scrapper unit, 4 Nos floculator and raw water flow channel (c ) complete scrapper unit painting with two coat epoxy( rubber ) paint.(d) Five Nos gear box unit service/repairing ,oil changing, V belt-08 Nos bearings as per existing size and two coat enamel painting of complete bridge. (e) Complete bridge rail leveling maint and railing two coat enamel painting.

Sweeping and taking out sludge in consolidated position from under ground sumps upto depth not exceeding 15 mtr including cleaning of internal wall surface and floor throughly to made it free from dirt by scrubbing and washing accumulated materials with water, including cleaning of suction lines inside wet sump and removing from site etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge. Note : Necessary safety equipment such as hand gloves, mask belt with rope and other safety items, any kind of risk during lifting of sludge shall be solely responsibility of the contractor .

M&L for taking up raising/ delivery 150mm bore DI water mains (including all fittings), with flanged or spigot and socket end with tyton joints/ gasket with nut bolts & washers of any size and relaying the same with using new gasket / tyton joint complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

All as Item 19.00 but for 200 mm bore.

Taking out existing Clarifier and scraper slip ring assembley and S & F Slip ring assembly 3 phase (cooper strip) with connected items like pressure spring, brushes, ball Bearing, axial guide with cover frame, connected same with existing LT pannel.

Taking out existing Armoured cable copper conductor 10 sq mm 4 core and Supply and laying Armoured cable copper conductor 10 sqmm 4 core for clarifier assembly including connection with existing pannel complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge. NOTE: - Excavation, cable cover and sand for cushioning shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for taking up/down excavation, returning, filling and removal of excavated soil near pipe line of size100 mm bore in break down maint of raising main line/distribution line, providing any type of special tools & plants such as JCB & material (such as detachable joints/leak repair clamp suitable for CI/DI fittings, coller/short pieces of pipes or any other fittings as required to minimise the break down time and rectification of the problem as soon as possible. Rectification work must start within two hours of intimation to contractor. Any delay in rectification shall be penalised as deemed fit.

M&L for taking down old US GI sheet covers etc of valve chambers/Water channel and supply and fixing for GI sheet cover size in length 2 mtr and 50cm wide and 5mm thick and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F as in repair 200mm dia gear operated butterfly valve PN 1.6 ,Body cast iron, Dis SS with standard case, confirming to IS-13095 complete all as specified & directed.
