B.T. ROAD Clearing and grubbing road land in area of light jungle including uprooting rank vagetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of tress cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including watering and cost of labour, cess & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of earthwork will be made compacted level section) only

Excavation for roadway in hard soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in ordinary rock using Hydraulic Excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers,transporting to embankment site with a lift upto 1000m,trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and cross-section as per Techinal Specification clause 302.3.5.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation for roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by Mechanical Means with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross- sections by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cutting in disintegrated rock not requiring blasting to be removed by pick axes and crow bars and depositing materials within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing as per direction and specification of the department including stacking the useful materials separately as ordered.

Fine dressing &Turfing with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Construction of granular sub-base Gr.III using Sand & Moorum Admixture by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor with ordinary grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge as per Technical Specification Clause 401 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled steel roller8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and chamber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specificarions for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) .

Providing,laying and rolling of opengraded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates with batch type hot mix plant and using 60/70 penetration grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a smmoth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades as per clause 511 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge Works(4th Revision).but excluding the charges of GST etc complete including cost conveyance etc required as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD with S-65 grade bitumen laid by manual means and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical Citizen Informatory sign board with Logo as per MoRD specification and drawing. Two nos MS Plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and bottom plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plates with be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm, 750mm below ground level. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.00
