Annual Maintenance of 150 Ltr./hr & 25 Ltr/hr reverse osmosis water purification units at BAP, KLYT, LKS, MAAR, SIRD, NKRA, DTRD, GJN, NAL, KNSR, JMS, JDL, DHRR, DLC & GDW stations under ADEN/Line/BKN for 24-Months.

Note:- (1).The quantities/amount mentioned above are rough and for guidance only and are subject to change according to the needs of the railway & variation there of to any extent will not be the basis of any claim against the Railway. (2).The work shall be carried out as per Non-Schedule Items (Amended up to date) & Special conditions. (3).The contract shall be governed by General Condition of Contract and Instructions to the Tenders - 2022 (Amended up to date). (4).All tools & plants and mechanical equipment as required to execute the work shall be arranged by the contractor. (5).Contractor/ suppliers/ service providers/ parties shall register their firms under EPFO & GSTIN (GST Identification Number).

Whenever the ADEN/SSE (Works) calls upon the contractor for maintenance of 150 Ltr./hr & 25 Ltr/hr reverse osmosis water purification units , the contractor must immediately provide maintenance staff. If the contractor fails to provide maintenance staff as directed by ADEN/SSE (Works) , a penalty of Rs.1000 per location/Per day shall be imposed.
