Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris, etc. to a distance exc. 50m but not exc. 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including 'Nainital' or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing debris, etc. to a distance exc. 50m but not exc. 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and fittings/ connections of any description from any situations, segregating the serviceable pipes and stacking properly at sites and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 5 here-in-before but of 20mm bore.

Taking up or down PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipe of any size/bore (dia) with fittings of any descriptions from any situations, segregating the serviceable pipes and stacking properly at sites and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork (old size) with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork (old size) with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of RCC roof slabs, flashings and junctions of parapets, etc. and applying/brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) padding 25mm (average thickness), laid in slope 1:40 at top of RCC roof slabs/surfaces or roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamferred on edges including mixing with integral WPC as recommended/instructions by manufacturers, finish concrete surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete padding on RCC roof slabs whwn the concrete is green with cement mortar (1:3), finished plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 litre and viscosity 70-160 cps after properly cleaning the surfaces of rendering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane, minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (Weight not less than 150 gms/sqm), laid on primed surface with side over lap of 80mm and end overlap of 100mm using bitumen torch or by LP gas torching and sealing all joints, etc. and ensuring complete thermo fusing and applying one coat of aluminum paint over it complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, etc., fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces (chajjas and similar works, etc.) mixed with water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on walls and roof surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) confirming to IS: 2645-2003 of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including one coat of chalk whitening (priming coat) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surfaces of any descriptions, exc. 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality/grade paint of approved tint) over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any descriptions, exc. 10cm girth or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality/grade paint of approved tint) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore GI tubing, "medium grade" confirming to IS-1239 with all fitting and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing old steel tubing of size 15mm bore (dia) and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubing, "medium grade" confirming to IS-1239 with all fitting & fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing old steel tubing of size 20mm bore (dia) and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tank of capacity 500 litre (cylindrical/vertical with closed top), black in colour, three layered construction, confirming to IS:12701-1996, hoisted and fixed in position all specified in MES Schedule Part-I and providing water connections with and including GI tank nipple 20mm (02 No. in each tank) including dismantling/lowering down of old existing unserviceable water tank exc. 250 litre but not exc. 500 litre capacity of any description after disconnecting of water supply connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 20mm dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 20 - 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting all water supply pipe connections and lowering down or setting aside after draining out water, cleaning and removal of all scales, dirts, etc. from the tank of capacity exc. 250 litre and not exc. 500 litre and mouths of circulating pipes, etc. cleaning the tank by scrubbing the deposits with wire brush after draining out water from the tank, re-hoisting the cleaned tank in original positions and re-fixing/re-connecting inlet and outlet pipes and writing letters : "CLEANED ON : DD-MM-YYYY" (i.e. date-month-year) not less than 30mm in height on body complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixing to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing for PVC (SWR) pipes of size 75mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable pipes shall re-use obtained from Serial item No. 7 here-in-before.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends, any radius provided with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as direcetd.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixing to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing for PVC (SWR) pipes (old serviceable pipes obtained from Serial item No. 7) 110mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable pipes shall re-use obtained from Serial item No. 7 here-in-before.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends, any radius and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (single 'T') equal or unequal and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

All as Serial item No. 45 here-in-before but with one coat of distemper with oil emulsion. NOTE : The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
