Elastomeric water proof exterior grade paint Providing and painting walls with (TWO coats) of approved shade of high build protective , elastomeric water proof exterior grade paint of approved make of required shade, minimium dry film thickness of 250 microns acheived in two or more coats / as per manudacturer's specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush , scaffolding complete. Primer coat will be with approved make with water in ratio of 1:2 and 2 coats of finishing coat without water all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Colour painting to paver blocks Providing and painting, finishing with one coat of acrylic primer sealing coat and finishing with acrylic based colour paint followed by top sealing coat including surfaces with water jetting @ 25 bar minimum pressure etc complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge.
SELF LEVELLING EPOXY FLOORING Providing and laying 2mm thick Self levelling Epoxy flooring as given below, including preparation of the surface, primer coat,screeding & levelling coat and finishing coat with Polyurethene coat of approved colour and shade of approved make all as per manufacturers specifications complete as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge (This Job to be carried out through a specialized approved agency)
Strucrtural repairs with SBR Providing structural Repairs in Old Damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer . With following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spaled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete suface and Reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet.2) Cleaning the Re bars with Acetone for complete Rust removal and washing with water jet to make the surface free from Acid content. 3) Applying Protective Coat / bond coat using Polymer and Cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 ( 1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in Synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : Washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; Silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer ( or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg Washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg Silica Sand : 200 ml polymer)5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20 mm, after every 20 mm thick bond coat as per 2 above to be applied before continuing further structural repair works. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, scaffolding complete all as directed at site . (Polymer "ROFFE/BASF/FOSROC" or approved equivalent make suitable for Structural repair shall be used ) Note:1)The contractor shall remove the debris generated during repairing from working site to BARC dumping point. 2) Providing suitable temporary scafolding or movable working platform at site.
Aluminium Composite Metal Panel Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification. Note: 1.Aluminium frame work will be paid under reelevant item. 2. ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site.
ALUMINIUM WORK Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron) with colour anodizing.
Full height Chain link fencing paint from both side Repainting of chain link fencing (including angle supports, concertina, barbed wires, gates, etc) of about 3.15m overall height with two coats of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved steel primer on both sides including preparing the surfaces, removal of creepers, weeds, etc; scrapping of old loose/damaged paint as required, sand papering, scaffolding and cleaning etc, complete as required to suit site and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:
Sealing by using of PU Foam Supplying, applying, cutting and levelling of PU foam for sealing of existing gaps, holes in false ceiling etc complete generally as per specifications of manufacturers and as directed by EIC. Note 1 Can = 750 ml volume.
